Campaign Regulations “TESSORA Celebrates Women”
1. Organizer
The campaign is organized by TESSORA, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer''
2. Campaign Period
February 23, 2026 – March 10, 2026, on www.tessora.ro
3. Eligibility
The campaign is open to all individuals who place orders on the TESSORA website during the period mentioned above.
4. Campaign Mechanism
During the campaign period, for orders with a minimum value of 349 RON, customers have the opportunity to select, upon checkout, a complimentary Morellato jewelry organizer clutch, subject to stock availability.
The gift can be selected on the cart page during the checkout process. Only one clutch is offered per eligible order, while stocks last.
5. Limitations

The campaign cannot be combined with other active campaigns or benefits on the website, where applicable.

Only one Clutch per eligible order will be offered.
6. Returns
In the event that an order benefiting from the campaign bracelet is returned, the customer is required to return the clutch as well.
If the clutch is not returned, the Organizer reserves the right to retain its value, in accordance with the applicable return policy.
7. Modification or Termination of the Campaign
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including stock depletion.
8. Disputes
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants will be resolved amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
SECTION 9. TERMINATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The Campaign may end before the scheduled date in the following situations:

if stocks are depleted;

by the unilateral decision of the Organizer, publicly announced on www.tessora.ro

in the event of force majeure.
