Warranty and Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products at your own expense within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Return the product and the original packaging without damage.
- The product has not been used.
Customized products (engraved) cannot be returned, unless the product has manufacturing defects. In this case, the buyer must notify the seller within a maximum of 5 calendar days from receiving the product. The seller is obligated to accept the non-compliant product and cover the transportation costs. Upon receiving the product, the seller will attempt to resolve the issue within a maximum of 15 working days from the buyer's notification. If the manufacturing defect is confirmed and cannot be fixed, the product will be replaced with a compliant one. If the product is no longer in stock, it can be replaced with another product, or the buyer will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 days.
To return a product purchased as part of a promotional offer, such as "buy 2 products and get one free" or "buy 2 products and get a 30% discount on the second product," you must return all products.
We are not responsible for refunds or compensation if the return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept for return products that have been worn, used, modified, or damaged.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed in our system, and you will receive a notification email. Please note that it may take up to 14 days (after the package has arrived at our warehouse) for the amount to be credited to your account, due to how banks and payment providers process such transfers, over which we have no control.
In very rare cases, jewelry may get damaged during transport to you, and of course, we will replace such jewelry at no additional shipping cost to you. If, by chance, you receive damaged jewelry, simply email us at: comenzi@tessora.ro and attach images of the damaged product along with a brief description of the damage. Once you have sent the request, we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged jewelry and original packaging from your address and will send you a free replacement.
To return your purchase, please follow the instructions found in the printed form inside the package.
How to send an exchange/return to us:
Go to the following website https://retur.fancourier.ro/ and search for the TESSORA store in the Partner Stores section. After selecting the TESSORA brand, check the box to accept the FAN Courier terms and conditions, as well as the TESSORA terms and conditions, and click the "Continue to return" button. Fill in the required details in the form and click "Save AWB" for a courier to pick up your package and deliver it to our center. The shipping fees will be covered by you.
