ORDERING METHOD
In just a few minutes, you can order the desired jewelry from www.tessora.ro. Please read the guide below, and if you have any additional questions, you can contact us by email at comenzi@tessora.ro or by phone at 0376 448 175.
Selecting Products:
The easiest way to find a product is by using the menu at the top of the page. First, select the main category, then the secondary category, after which you can sort and filter the products until you find the one you want. To enter the product page from the list of displayed products, click on the product's image or name. If you wish to add a product to the shopping cart, click the "Add to cart" button to the right of the product after selecting the size, color/material, and quantity desired. Prices for Goods and Services displayed on the www.tessora.ro website are in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT according to the current legislation.
Viewing the Shopping Cart:
The contents of the cart can be viewed by clicking on the "My Cart" button at the top of the page. From here, you can make modifications to each product added to the cart, continue shopping, and return to it at any time. To proceed with the order, click the "Complete Order" button located just below the TOTAL.
Order Completion:
You can complete the order as an unregistered guest or log into your account. The following steps involve completing all the necessary information for placing the order: Billing Information, Delivery Information, Delivery Method, Payment Information, and Order Review. After completing these steps, click "Complete Order" to place the order.

PAYMENT METHOD
CASH ON DELIVERY: Payment will be made in cash, in full, in RON, upon delivery of the package by the courier.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & HANDLING FEES
Shipping is free for orders over 249 RON, and 14.90 RON for orders under 249 RON.
Products ordered online are delivered only within Romania by the Fan Courier delivery service and (Call Delivery – strictly for orders with delivery in Cluj-Napoca). Delivery takes place within 1-3 business days!
The recipients of the packages will be informed via an SMS automatically sent by Fan Courier or Call Delivery regarding the day and time interval when the delivery will be made.
You can check the status of your order using the AWB number directly on the Fan Courier website - https://www.fancourier.ro/awb-tracking/.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders placed will be processed and delivered within 3-7 business days!
Fan Courier may experience delivery delays and will be obligated to inform customers of this in the following cases:
Unfavorable weather conditions beyond the control of the SERVICE PROVIDER (fog, blizzards, snowstorms, heavy rains, floods, yellow/orange/red weather warnings, icy roads, closed/unpassable roads, etc.)
A high number of orders being processed;
A large volume of orders in relation to the existing logistics equipment in special circumstances or busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter, 1st/8th of March, etc.)

PACKAGING POLICY
Each ordered product will be individually packed in a gift box and will include a gift bag. A single warranty certificate will be provided, regardless of the number of products purchased on one invoice.
*During promotional campaigns, discounted or free products will be packed together with the paid products.
